Our Camp dates and locations are tentative. Final dates and times will be communcated to you as they become available. Cancellations must be made 4 weeks prior to the Friday before the start of camp to receive a refund. All refunds are subject to fees. Cancellations made after that time will result in up to 50% refund AND fees. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 2 weeks of the Friday before camp. Sorry, No Exceptions. All refunds are subject to a processing fee. Processing fee may include camp shirt, poms, and ticket price as well as credit card processing fee. Refunds are sent in check form in the mail.
